As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in women’s health, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional medicine often falls short when it comes to truly supporting women—especially in the postpartum period.

I graduated from New York University and have spent the last decade working both in the labor and delivery unit and theoutpatient setting. Now, I’m stepping away from traditional medicine to offer holistic, personalized coaching that gets to the root of what you’re feeling—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap in care and helping women advocate for themselves in a system that doesn’t always listen. This is about full-spectrum healing, not band-aid fixes.
